An absolutely sublime Prawn Curry and Rice — rich, fragrant and packed with flavour. 🍤🍛 The prawns were beautifully tender, swimming in a deeply aromatic curry sauce with just the right balance of spice and warmth. Paired with perfectly cooked rice calistos style, every mouthful was comforting, satisfying and seriously moreish. Simple food, beautifully executed. An amazing plate from start to finish. Complimented by the atmosphere and ambiance and service of Calistos Rosebank this dish gets my Simply Sublime Tag
