1 Chicken and 3 Fillets

Method

Marinate Chicken with one

-crushed table spoon garlic,
1 tsp Ginger,
1/2 tsp crushed pepper,
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Portuguese spice and salt rto taste
1/4 freshly squeezed lemon juice
sprinkle some parsely and a little oil

Next Braai the chicken halfway and place in baking tray. Then place in oven and baste with sauce and further cook. Baste with Balance of sauce before serving

SAUCE
INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp peri peri sauce
4 tbsp lemon and herb sauce
1 tbsp nandos bushveld sauce
lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
*Optional to use fresh cream

Serve with Oven potatos or chips
