From 27 June to 21 July, families can lace up their skates and hit the ice as the much-loved Capegate Ice Rink returns. This year, it\u2019s brighter and bolder with a brand-new neon glow!<\/em><\/p>\n

Set up under the Covered Parking at Entrance 6, the CG Ice Rink offers an energetic escape from the Winter blues, turning cold days into something to look forward to. Open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, with earlier closing on Sundays, the rink invites kids aged 3 to 13 and their parents to glide, spin and laugh their way through 50-minute sessions of Winter fun.<\/p>\n

Capegate Shopping Centre has long been more than just a place to shop. Entry is R70 per child, which includes skate hire. Children aged 3 to 5 must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or guardian, also at R70. For older kids, the rink is fully supervised by trained staff who are on hand to help skaters stay safe while they enjoy themselves. Parents can also lend support from the side-lines if they prefer to stay off the ice.<\/p>\n
