Mutton Curry in Pooitjie makes our Recipe Corner. Slow cooked on a wood 🪵 fire. Fehmida Kaloo and Ayesha Garda got it right on this one. We enjoyed it with some salad, beetroot, cucumber reita, achaar, papodums and ofcourse the kitka bread from @thevillage_bakery Lenasia .Here’s the Recipe Braise onions in ghee with jeeroo and slit green chillies. Add masala and spices as follows: Ginger garlic Dhana JeerooSalt Red chilli Arad Add lamb. Cook on and slow. Add grated tomato.
